Our second Open Space Agile of the year: Success!

Over 60 software development professionals from different companies were able to participate in our second Open Space Agile of the year both in person and by live streaming via Google Hangouts.

This is the second Open Space Agile we organized in Hexacta in the year. As always, Scrum Alliance instructors were present to contribute to the content of the group discussions. The event was open to the public and free of charge.

On this occasion, we touched on everything about the agile world: agile software development methodologies, project management, continuous improvement, production equipment, organizational change, leadership, motivation or any other aspect of interest to the attendees.

OPEN SPACE: WHAT IS IT ABOUT?

An Open Space is a form of open discussions, and the agenda of the day was created by its participants. Its main advantage is the generation of a dynamic and participatory agenda, meaning that each participant is a key factor in the success of this session.

On each Open Space we have hosted so far, we have noticed that the meetings are becoming more enriching, and, after they are over, people leave more interested in and motivated on Agile methodologies. We hope to keep on hosting more Open Spaces next year!
