BackHexacta among the top 65 employers of Argentina - 10/10/2007 - 10/2007 | Revista Apertura
Hexacta has been placed in the 10th position among companies of up to 200 employees, in the ranking of best employers in Argentina carried out by Apertura Magazine.
The study published by Apertura Magazine was prepared on the basis of a 65 questions survey answered by HR managers of the companies. The questionnaire was divided into five thematic areas: professional career, remuneration, working environment, time schedule and working conditions, and training.
More than 160 companies participated, but only the ‘top 25’ of each segment was published (approximately 55 of the total interviewed companies had less than 200 employees). The magazine divided the companies in segments of more than 1000 employees, between 200 and 1000, and less than 200 employees.
