Brief description of the company

The Superintendency of AFJPs is the state agency that regulates the operation of the Retirement and Pension Funds (AFJPs).

Its main objective is to look after the interests of Individual Capitalization Regime’s affiliates and beneficiaries, in a context of preservation and protection of the Argentine pension system and the general welfare.

Problem

The project was conceived due to the agency’s need to redesign its institutional web site, with the aim of improving communication and customer service, providing a more agile and intuitive graphical interface and presenting a dynamic and compromised institutional image.

The content administration was requested to be independent from the Information Systems office, while the whole development and deployment project was under a tight schedule.

Solution

Hexacta developed a tailored solution to meet the project requirements in the proposed time: 2 months for development and deployment of the new solution.

The main features of the offered solution are:

  • Redesign, development and deployment of the institutional site for the AFJPs Superintendency, including: institutional content (how to’s, infographics , FAQ’s, contact forms), claims information, periodic reports, publications, appointments and a newsletter registration section, among others.

  • Development of a content management tool, since the client requested a daily update of the entire site.

  • Development of a surveys tool for the site.
    Development of a backoffice tool to manage queries, complaints, users and surveys.
