They are in charge of the analysis, tracking and functional specification of the solutions offered to clients.

Main assignments

• To analyze requirements and create functional specifications (use cases, class diagrams, activity diagrams).
• To validate with users that requirements, specification and prototypes fit with the needs of the business.
• In development projects, to interact with the technical team to analyze the technical feasibility of the proposed solution and correct the model if needed.

Knowledge and training

They should have previous experience in functional developments and operational models, excellent communication and personal relations skills.

They have college majors in Engineering, Systems and related careers.
