What we do
Detect. We study the issues that concern the business: goals, assets, values, activity and interactions with client to detect what UX & Usability bottlenecks are affecting the system performance.
Identify. We recognize the user needs. By analyzing user activity we translate the footprints they leave into valuable clues. Our experts use benchmarks, guidelines, interviews and analytical tools to determine what needs to be improved and optimized.
Analyze. We define the major UX & Usability impacts from the minor inconveniences. Testing real cases with real users gives us sources to uncover issues that are not usually noticed.
Give solutions. We generate design alternatives. Our team gives concepts and ideas that should be taken into consideration in future development plans, but also recommend "quick fixes", cost effective and simple solutions that can be easily embedded into the current environment.
Services we offer
Heuristic Evaluation. Our specialists assess, identify and categorize usability problems that appear in software and website interfaces. The methodology applied is based on Jackob Nielsen principles for interaction design. They are called "heuristics" because they are broad rules of thumb and not specific usability guidelines.
Information Architecture (IA). Focuses on organizing, structuring, and labeling content in an effective and sustainable way. The goal is to help users find information and complete tasks.
Construction of Personas. Personas are archetypal users of an intranet or website that represent the needs of larger groups of users, in terms of their goals and personal characteristics. By construction of those prototypes our designers identify the user motivations, expectations and goals responsible for driving online behavior.
Usability Testing. This method involves one-on-one, expert moderated usability sessions where participants perform tasks using interface(s). The goal is to identify issues and opportunities of improvement.
