Buenos Aires, June 11th, 2018. As part of its quality policy and commitment to continuous improvement, Hexacta recently received its first ISO 9001:2015 certification, an upgrade of the ISO 9001:2008, first obtained in 2008.
Why is this crucial to the clients? “We are sure that processes are not only important to us, but to our clients as well: they show how the company is organized, how it optimizes resources, and guarantee a certain level of quality”, says Virginia Traversaro, Hexacta’s QA & Methodology Coordinator.
“Using ISO 9001:2015 –continues Traversaro– helps us ensure our current and potential clients that we meet our customer’s requirements, that we comply with the law and legislation, that we work consistently, and that we deliver services with high-quality standards. All these, ultimately, will bring us many benefits as a business”.
The ISO 9001:2015 certification is an international standard that focuses on all the elements of quality management that a company must include in its system in order for it to be an effective one, by managing and improving the quality of their products or services.
Some of the benefits of obtaining this certification include increasing the efficiency within the certified organization, reducing errors and complaints, improving the organization’s processes and sustainable structures, and motivating employees through better communication and readily available information.
The nature of the certification’s standards requires continuous improvement, which positions quality assurance not just as a unique effort but also as a corporate philosophy. In this opportunity, the certification was given by the TÜV Rheinland Group.
“We are proud of having achieved this goal. Excellence and quality were always distinguishing factors for us since the beginning, and they are values that, despite growing as a company, we have managed to keep intact”, ends the leader of the QA & Methodology Team.
