For the second consecutive year, Hexacta has participated in the CeBIT, this time receiving the European Seal of Excellence award.
Hannover, Germany. CeBIT is the world’s leading high-tech fair and an important incubator of ideas and a valuable catalyst for the digital industries and ICT professionals. For the second consecutive year, Hexacta participated in the CeBIT, this time receiving the European Seal of Excellence award.
The fair traverses all the latest trends and market developments, new products and solutions. This year, more than 4,000 companies from 70 nations have attended to showcase their latest innovations. The opening ceremony was held on March 4th and was hosted by German Chancellor, Dr. Angela Merkel, and Polish Prime Minister, Donald Tusk. On Tuesday, March 5th, the gates opened for five days for attendees from over 110 countries.
The award ceremony took place on the 5th of March at the Open Stage of the CeBIT. From April to December 2012, more than 100 worldwide ICT companies participated in the prestigious contest. A Jury of investors, entrepreneurs, and experts in the ICT field selected the 31 winning companies. Fabio Gasparri, managing partner, received the award on behalf of Hexacta.
The European Seal of e-Excellence is a European quality label that rewards outstanding performance in marketing innovation, including information and communication technologies (ICT), internet and digital media sectors. The Award is supported by numerous industry associations and clusters from all over the world.
The Seal is supported by a broad network of organizations from Argentina, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Chile, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, India, Mexico, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, the United Kingdom and Uruguay. It is spearheaded by the EMF, a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting ICT companies since 1993.
