The new facilities will provide the much needed space for the company’s growth, while maintaining the open space and collaborative environment
After several months of hard work, Hexacta has just began operations at its new software development center in Buenos Aires, Argentina, two blocks away from its old headquarters.
The new facilities will provide the much needed space for the company’s growth, while maintaining the open space and collaborative environment that has characterized Hexacta from its beginnings.
The first stage of the project will house 200 people, but there are already plans in the works for an expansion to accommodate additional hires planned for the near future. The construction project took 6 months and an investment of over $ 500,000. It also included the remodeling of 17,000 sq ft of work space, 6 meeting rooms especially equipped for video conference calls, multiple chill-out areas and a large patio.
Martin Hojman, who was in charge of the project said: “It is an exciting time at Hexacta. We continue to be at the leading edge of software development center in Argentina and continue to invest to have the best infrastructure at our hands to satisfy the needs of our clients and our staff. We’ve equipped this building with the most modern IT and Telecommunications equipment and paid close attention to all safety and security norms.”
“Our clients can rest assured they are working with a partner that relies on the best technology available and that does not improvise. The completion of the new building was within Hexacta’s original timetable and the move was perfectly timed and well executed, just as a software project should! We also wanted to make the place fun for our staff. After all, we all spend a good portion of our day here. The light, colors, design, and space of this building are among the best in Argentina, if not the world.”
